Assistant Manager position at Axis Bank
Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Understand customer needs to provide tailored banking solutions.

    • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with bank policies.

  5. Customer Service Excellence:

Financials:

  1. Program Fee:
    • ₹2,37,288 (excluding GST). Axis Bank offers education loans to cover the fee, with EMIs starting 18 months after joining the bank.
  2. Stipend and Salary:
    • ₹5,000 per month during the 4-month classroom training.
    • ₹24,491 per month during the 3-month internship.
    • Full salary during the 6-month OJT.
    • Starting salary of ₹4.4 lakhs per annum upon completion.

Relationship Manager (RM) at ICICI Bank
Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and acquiring new customers to drive revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition & Portfolio Management:
    • Acquire and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), SMEs, or corporate clients.
    • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to increase business.
  2. Sales & Business Development:
    • Promote and sell ICICI Bank’s banking products & services such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products.
    • Cross-sell financial products to maximize revenue generation.
  3. Financial Advisory & Wealth Management:
    • Provide financial solutions based on clients' needs.
    • Advise on investment opportunities like mutual funds, insurance, and fixed deposits.
  4. Customer Service & Relationship Building:
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide financial guidance.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Adhere to banking policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Ensure risk-free transactions and ethical banking practices.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education qualification: Scored > or = 50% aggregate in X, XII, and Graduation and the undergraduate continuing final year can also be eligible.
  • Age Criteria: The applicant should be between 19-25 years of age at the time of admission to this program.
  • X, XII & Graduation should be in Regular mode (No other means like Correspondence Mode or Distance Learning, Vocational, or Open schooling is allowed).
  • 1 year gap in academics is allowed between 10th till Graduation
  • Must possess PAN card and Aadhaar card & submit a copy of the same at the time of the selection process.
  • Candidates with less than 1 year of work experience can also apply.
Salary
Starting salary of ₹2.4 to 3.1 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Courses & Discipline: 2023 and 2024 Year of Passing Graduates from B. Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (Except Agriculture /Horticulture/ Biotechnology, Computer Science, Information Technology) with no prior experience.
  • Only Full-time courses (10th, 12th & Graduation) are considered. However, candidates who have completed your Secondary (Std. X) and/or Senior Secondary (Std. XII) course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), would be considered.
  • Highest Qualification: Candidates should have completed the course in the stipulated course duration (i.e., No extended education – 3 years course should have been completed in the stipulated three years’ time)
  • Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT: Candidates should NOT have any backlogs at the time of appearing for this process.
  • Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education if any in the TCS Application Form. Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
  • Work Experience: As this role is for ‘Entry Level Requirement’, students are not expected to have any prior experience.
  • Age: Candidates should meet the specified age criteria at the time of TCS selection process. Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age - 28 years
