Brief History
In keeping with the long felt necessity of time and increasing popular demand, Sociology was introduced in degree classes in the session 2012-2013. Ever since then the department is slowly treading on the path of progress. Even though the department is in its infancy, its promising future can be seen in the growing demand it has generated among students in the undergraduate level.
